Beringea Invests in Optic Vision
28 March 2008 - London -Beringea Ltd, manager of the ProVen VCTs, is pleased to announce a £1.75 million expansion capital deal with Optic Vision Limited - a leading UK security solutions provider.
Optic Vision, based in Oxford, is an independent specialist in security systems. The company has undertaken a number of prestigious and highly demanding projects for organisations in a variety of sectors, earning itself a reputation for providing innovative solutions and excellent service.
In addition to providing security systems that protect organisations from the external intruder, Optic Vision also provides software services that monitors and alerts organisations to possible security issues from within - widely believed to be the largest single cause of organisational security breaches. The company's software allows virtually any form of IT activity to be tracked and halted if appropriate.

The expansion capital funding, totalling £1.75 million, was made through Beringea's ProVen VCT and ProVen Growth and Income VCT funds. The funding will support the company's expansion plans, enabling them to meet the strong demand for services and launch VigilancePro to the market.
