Beringea investment marks an exciting stage of TH_NK's expansion
7 December 2009 - London - TH_NK, the award-winning digital agency, has received £1m of growth capital funding from international venture capital company Beringea. The investment will enable TH_NK to enhance their planning and strategic capabilities. TH_NK will also develop their creative, technology, 'experience design', and online insights and analytics teams to add greater value to their business proposition.
Beringea Invest In Fjord - Leading Cross Platform Digital Design Consultancy
2 March 2009 - London - Beringea Limited, international private equity firm, has announced a £2.4 million growth capital investment in Fjord - Europe's leading cross platform digital design consultancy. Additional funding of £250k was provided by GP Bullhound - leading technology investment bank - who advised Fjord on the financing round.
Noble Health Fund Moves to Beringea
19 January 2009 - London - Beringea is pleased to announce that it will be taking over the management of the Noble Health Fund from Noble Fund Managers Limited from 1 February 2009.
Investment director, Dr Stéphane Méry will also move to Beringea and will continue to be involved in the management of the VCT. Dr Louis Nisbet will continue to represent the VCT on the boards of a number of investee companies.
